Cancellation Policy for Pods and Shepherd huts –
for direct website bookings: 30 days notice or more = 90% refunded.
14 – 29 days notice = 50% refunded. 13 days or less notice given = 0% refunded.
You can amend your date subject to a £10 admin fee where 14 days or more notice is given.
We highly recommend you have holiday insurance to cover you for illness or unforeseen circumstances
– this includes covid related illness / positive tests / isolation.

Willows Shepherd Hut Details
The Shepherd hut's is slightly larger than the pods and sleeps 2 people with a mattress (double or twin). Blow up mattress available for a child (additional cost) Lights, electric sockets, kettle, microwave, cutlery, plates and running water is provided. Inside the hut is a comfortable wing back chair overlooking fields, with an outside table and chairs. *COMPLIMENTARY Tea and Coffee on arrival** Minimum stay for the Oaks Shepherd hut is 2 nights.
